TRICell’s research and development is upheld by an extensive intellectual property portfolio. We currently have exclusive authorization to patent applications awaiting approval worldwide in the field of regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy. It seeks patent protection for inventions in its core technologies and in auxiliary technologies or which it otherwise believes will provide it a competitive advantage. TRICell also has non exclusive rights to an assortment of patents and patent applications that support our core intellectual property. We believe our intellectual property collectively represents one of the strongest portfolios in the field.

TRICell success will depend upon its competence to preserve its proprietary technologies and operate without infringing the proprietary rights of other parties. However, it may rely on certain proprietary technologies and know-how that are not patentable. The proprietary information is protected, in part, by the use of confidentiality agreements with its employees, consultants and service providers.
