TriCell is the first & only company to have its own dedicated Stem Cell Therapy Center in association with Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai. The center is well equipped with state of the art therapeutics facility with international standards to offer stem cell therapy solutions of any nature to the needy patients backed by multi-specialty clinical support from Sri Ramachandra Medical College. TRICell gives a new dimension to the process in bringing solutions through Stem Cell therapies.The center also has a Stem Cell Clinical Research Unit which is currently involved in the study of vascular disorders and spreading its wings to diabetology, orthopaedics, dentistry and neurology also.
The Recovery and Expansion Area
TriCell is all set to establish a leadership position in Stem Cell treatment by being sensitive to quality standards and proprietary cell processing methodologies. It has a cellular expansion area: Class 10,000. TriCell values the benefits of using the best array of technology when it comes to collection, recovery and expansion of stem cells. It currently focuses on expansion of mesenchymal stem cells from the bone marrow and peripheral blood for transplantation purposes.

LifeCell, the pioneers in cord blood stem cell banking and research, jointly with Sri Ramachandra University (SRU), has launched its first exclusive Stem Cell Center for stem cell transplants and research, TRICell. Former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, will formally inaugurate the Center on November 28, 2007.
